I/O Lab

The I/O is always researching various topics in the industrial/organizational field allowing their students to gain a well rounded education.  Some of their studies include: the development of a biographical inventory designed to measure non-cognitive factors  predictive of first year college success, representation of ethnic and gender groups in children's commercials, and recruiting source effectiveness and whether internet recruiting or traditional methods work best.
