Organizational Psychology Lab
Dr. Dahling's Organizational Psychology lab focuses on studying the workplace context. Our major streams of research involve deviance in organizational settings, emotion management at work, and the feedback-seeking process. Students in the lab have a variety of responsibilities ranging from running participants and collecting data to analyzing data, contributing to manuscripts, and developing their own independent research ideas.
